The stripping machine is an auxiliary machine that allows the peeling or deburring of the workpiece once it has been die-cut. The machine’s precision and quick setup allow for optimized production and significant time savings, making the operation more cost-effective.

The Essential Tool That Becomes Indispensable
The die-cutting stripper is the machine that enables offline stripping of die-cut jobs with fast setup—without the need to manufacture specific stripping dies for in-press stripping operations.
The evolution of graphic arts has led to increasingly specialized production, resulting in shorter print runs.
Shorter jobs are becoming the norm to improve production profitability. There’s no benefit in having an ultra-fast press if production is bottlenecked during the stripping and finishing of die-cut sheets.
Fast and Precise Operation
The machine is easily programmable, and changeovers are quick, saving valuable production time. If, by the end of the day, more jobs have gone out of the workshop, then the investment in this highly productive tool is paying off.
Versatile and Fully Customizable
The UNITEC die-cutting stripper offers a wide range of configurations—from manual unloading of finished products to fully automatic stacking with robotic solutions that can even feed downstream machines such as folder-gluer lines for folding cartons.
Available Options:
Robotic pick-up arm for automatic collection of stripped products. These are transferred to a 90º collection conveyor, which delivers the finished items to the side of the machine, allowing the operator to collect them with ease.
As an additional option, an automatic pallet stacking system with intermediate stabilizing sheets is available, mimicking the output stack you’d get from a blanking-equipped die-cutter.
Optionally, a third punching head can be added for window or perforation jobs, enabling the removal of these cutouts and delivering a fully finished product.
