Feeder: Powerful paper suction head for skip feeding, with 4 pickup suckers and 4 front transport suckers. Allows adjustment of the suction angle to adapt to possible material deformations. The suction head tube and valve are made of a high-hardness alloy for extended durability. Horizontal separation and air-blowing device. Non-stop system with main and auxiliary pile. Maximum pile height: 1600 mm. The pre-piling device is equipped with a rail to allow the operator to insert the paper pile into the feeder accurately and comfortably. Becker vacuum pump, made in Germany.
Feeding and Transport Table: Conveyor belts and stainless steel plate. Pneumatic lifting device for the paper feed frame. Single-point clutch: The feeding section and the main machine can be disengaged for synchronization at any time, allowing for accurate paper delivery to the front lay registration system. The PLC and encoder control the machine’s overall timing. Double suction and blowing vacuum pump by German brand Becker.
Front and Side Registration Lays: The machine is equipped with 4 front lays and 2 side lays (one on the left and one on the right). The side lays can operate in pull mode for light paper grammages, and in push mode for corrugated board. Photoelectric sensors are installed on both the front and side lays. Double sheet detector included.
Die-Cutting Unit: The gearbox gear is made of high-hardness 40Cr material. Die-cutting section rotation system. Centralized lubrication system. Overpressure limit system. Motorized pressure adjustment system, controlled via touchscreen. Paper transport bars made of anodized aluminum with adjustable gripper bar structure. Synchronous belt transmission. Pneumatic main clutch. Air pressure switch (SMC) to continuously monitor system pressure. Die-cutting pressure is measured directly and accurately through a strain gauge measuring device, with real-time display on the HMI (Human-Machine Interface). The 15 mm steel chase plate is equipped with a centering support system. The 15 mm steel chase plate includes a central positioning structure for the lower chase plate, which may consist of a 7 mm or (5 mm + 2 mm) configuration, fine adjustment device, quick and easy plate change, vertical and horizontal tolerance: ±0.9 mm, reduced setup time. The die-cutting section is equipped with Centerline system and pneumatic locking system. Main motor by German manufacturer Siemens. The machine includes a centralized lubrication system to ensure proper lubrication of all moving parts. Equipped with an air storage tank to ensure stable air pressure throughout the system.
Four-Side Stripping Section: Easy and convenient mounting of the stripping boards. The central stripping board includes a Centerline system for quick positioning.
Gripper waste ejection device: Equipped with a conveyor belt for lateral ejection of the gripper waste section. This enables complete four-side stripping of the sheet.
Delivery Section: Adjustable pressing system and delivery brush. Equipped with touchscreen. Mechanically adjustable delivery brush and paper pressing mechanism to ensure better stacking of sheets. Upper and lower photoelectric limit switches to prevent the paper stacking table from rising too high. Includes air blowers to facilitate the discharge of finished products. Manual sample extraction device for random quality control.
Centralized Lubrication Pump: This pump ensures proper lubrication of the chains and other parts in the delivery section of the machine. Lubrication is performed automatically, with cycles controlled by the PLC. These cycles can be adjusted via the touchscreen.
ELECTRONIC SYSTEM: Equipped with Siemens PLC (German manufacturer). Includes a 10.4″ touchscreen on the main unit, also by Siemens. The machine is equipped with fiber optic sensors, encoder, and other devices to ensure high accuracy in sheet feed control throughout the machine.
